Return and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase or a receipt may be required for returns.

  2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
    Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Custom or personalized items
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Intimate apparel and accessories, for hygiene reasons (e.g., scarves)
    • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
  3. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. All returns should be shipped with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery back to us. Please note that items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  4. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for processing based on your bank’s policies.

  5. Return Shipping Costs
    Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. In cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label to cover shipping.

  6. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, first check with your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take additional time to post.   7. Exchanges
    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.

  8. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@aakarik.com or +91 9426061847 with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
